Dispatcher Guide
Dispatchers have the highest level of access in Tare. They manage day-to-day operations, assign work, coordinate subcontractors, track equipment compliance, and oversee all employees.
This guide explains how dispatchers use the app, step-by-step.
Getting Started
Dispatchers can create their own account without an invite.
- Download the Tare app
π https://www.tareticketing.com/download - Enter your phone number
- Enter the SMS verification code (OTP)
- Enter your company name and select Dispatcher
You now have full access to your company workspace.
What Dispatchers Can Do
Dispatchers have complete operational control. They can:
- Create and manage dispatches
- Assign RFOs to drivers or subcontractors
- Work with subcontractors bidirectionally
- Invite employees and subcontractors
- Add customers and PO numbers
- Add equipment and track compliance
- Review and remove tickets
- Organize billing
Creating a Dispatch
A Dispatch groups jobs for a customer.
To create one:
- Select a Customer
- (Optional) Select or create a PO
- Add Job location and notes
- Add one or more RFOs
- Assign each RFO to an operator
- Employee Driver
- Subcontractor
The dispatch keeps all related work packaged together.

Assigning RFOs (Jobs)
An RFO is a single job inside a dispatch.
Operators must accept the RFO before uploading bills or completing work.
You can assign RFOs to:β
Employee Drivers
- Accept or decline the job
- Upload bills after completing work
Subcontractors
- External companies
- Accept or decline
- If they are dispatchers, they may subcontract the job further
You can reassign an RFO anytime if:
- The operator declines
- They donβt respond
- They become unavailable

Working With Subcontractors
Dispatchers can:
- Invite subcontractor companies
- Send RFOs immediately after inviting them
- Track acceptance or decline of invitations
- Receive RFOs from subcontractor dispatchers
- View and verify subcontractor ticket submissions
Note:
If the subcontractor is a dispatcher, they can also subcontract work to you, meaning they can send your company incoming RFOs.

Reviewing Tickets & Bills
After an operator completes a job, they upload ticket images to the RFO.
As a dispatcher, you can:
- View all ticket photos inside each RFO
- Verify bills for accuracy
- Remove incorrect, duplicate, or test submissions
- Confirm that all required tickets were uploaded before billing
Only dispatchers can delete bills β drivers, owner-operators, and subcontractors cannot remove or modify submitted tickets.
Finding Tickets Across All Jobsβ
You can quickly search for tickets, RFOs, and dispatches by using the Search Page, which allows you to filter and locate any ticket in your system.
Managing Customers & POs
Dispatchers can:
- Add new customers
- Edit customer details
- Create PO numbers
- Assign POs during dispatch creation
This keeps work properly grouped for billing.

Managing Equipment & Compliance
Dispatchers manage all equipment for their company.
You can:
- Add equipment units
- Update insurance and MVI
- Assign equipment to drivers
- View compliance status
Every Monday at 8:00 AM, Tare sends a compliance SMS summarizing expired or expiring units.

Managing Employees
Dispatchers can:
- Invite employee drivers
- Invite employee bookkeepers
- Remove or restore employees
- Assign equipment to drivers
Employees must be invited β they cannot create accounts on their own.
