Once you're onboarded, any assigned jobs will automatically appear in your app.

Receiving Work (RFOs)

Work is assigned through RFOs (Request For Operators).

As an Employee Driver, you will:

  • Receive a notification when an RFO is assigned
  • See all your job details inside the app
  • View customer, PO, and equipment information for the assigned jobs

Accepting or Declining an RFO

When you open an RFO, you must choose to:

  • Accept the job
  • Decline the job

You must accept the RFO before you can:

  • Upload bills
  • Complete the job
  • Submit ticket images

If you decline:

  • Your dispatcher is notified immediately
  • The job will be reassigned

Uploading Bills (Tickets)

After accepting an RFO, you can upload all required ticket images.

You can:

  • Upload multiple bill / ticket photos
  • Use your camera or phone gallery
  • Submit tickets at any point after acceptance

You cannot:

  • Delete ticket images
  • Edit submitted bills

Only the root dispatcher can remove or correct submitted tickets.

Viewing Assigned Equipment

If your dispatcher assigns equipment to you, you can view:

  • MVI expiry
  • Insurance expiry
  • Equipment details

This ensures you know the compliance status of the unit you're using.
Equipment assignment is optional — not all drivers will have a unit assigned.

You can view previously completed RFOs, including:

  • Bills submitted
  • Customer and PO
  • Dates and times
  • Equipment details

This gives you a clean record of past work.
