Ticket Digitalization

Tare replaces traditional paper tickets with a simple, digital workflow.
This prevents lost or damaged tickets and makes billing and reporting faster, cleaner, and more accurate.

What Is a Digital Ticket?

A ticket in Tare represents proof of work completed for an RFO (job).
Instead of handing in paper copies, operators upload ticket images or bills directly inside the app.

A ticket typically includes:

  • Photo of the bill or scale ticket
  • Time and date submitted
  • The operator who completed the job

All tickets live inside their corresponding RFO.

How Tickets Are Created

A ticket can be added only after a job (RFO) has been accepted.
The operator then uploads one or more bill photos directly from their device.

Key points:

  • Tickets are always tied to a specific RFO
  • Multiple bills can be uploaded
  • Operators cannot delete tickets

Only the root dispatcher has permission to remove or correct submitted tickets.

Why Digital Tickets Matter

Digital tickets give your company:

  • Accurate, organized records
  • Faster billing cycles
  • Easy access to ticket images
  • Better oversight for subcontractors and employees
  • Eliminated risk of lost or damaged paperwork

This improves both internal workflows and customer-facing reporting.

Summary

Ticket digitalization in Tare keeps all job documentation organized and secure:

  • Operators upload bill images directly to each job
  • Tickets cannot be removed by operators
  • Dispatchers maintain full control
  • All documentation stays linked to its RFO for clean reporting

Digital tickets ensure accurate records and reduce manual admin work across your entire operation.
